Notice the Signs – You’re Being Supported

If you’ve read previous newsletters I’ve sent out, you’re probably aware of my story about asking for a sign, in a moment when I was experiencing epic doubt. If you don’t know the story, I’ve included it in the video included in this newsletter.

As I continue to deal more effectively with my doubting mind….I often ask for a sign that I’m on the right path.

As someone who has been a planner, (a.k.a. hyper vigilant), to try to feel safe, you can imagine that the idea of surrendering or asking for help might not come so easily for me.

So I asked for a sign and it friggin’ worked and it’s still working.

Now I’m seeing signs all over the place, everyday.

My clearest two are hummingbirds and the numerical sequence 111 or 1111. These often come in the form of 1:11 or 11:11.

The other day when my daughter was driving me home from an appointment, and I saw a license plate that only had 1111 on it. Really cool!

What makes this even more interesting is that I was calling my stepdaughter who is instrumental in helping me to put a real value on receiving signs. So, of course, I had to tell her this and send her a photo of the license plate.

I’ve seen signs often, but really haven’t give them enough airtime, until recently when I unabashedly “tested” the Universe.

Shortly after me being in test mode, my stepdaughter introduced me to “The Universe Has Your Back,” by Gabby Bernstein. Gabby talks about asking for a sign. Since I had been doing this before I read the book reading this was actually “another sign.” It just confirmed what I’d been doing and helped me to place even more meaning on numerical sequences.

It’s really fun too, as my stepdaughter and I keep pinging off of each other, by sending texts and photos, or just calling each other when we see 111, 1111 or 1:11, 11:11. There are more signs, like the hummingbirds, but this one is the one we mutually stay aware of.

So…..what does all of this mean for you?

If you have something that’s perplexing you or you’re at wits end around an issue….

….Ask for a sign.

I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at what you start to see. Your sign will be unique to you. It can be a particular bird, animal, a song, a line you see on a billboard or hear on TV, the list is really endless.

You’ll know….and if you’re still in doubt. Ask again that it be made clear to you.

What have you got to lose?

What you have to gain is more peace of mind, joy, fun, light-heartedness. Who can’t use more of these?

The video included is to help anchor the idea in of Noticing the Signs.

Just try it, even if you’re skeptical. You might even have some fun. Wink-wink!!

Here’s to Noticing the Signs,
