If you took a poll and asked people if they really want to live a great life and they really want to be happy, I think you’d find that most people would say, “Absolutely, I want to live a great life” and this would be true in their conscious mind.

Below the surface, swimming around with your limiting beliefs exist another belief that becomes evident when you really start to step into a better version of your life. As you begin to create positive change, which you really want, another voice can begin to surface that begins to create doubt and fear around things getting “too good.” You can unknowingly begin to self sabotage.
