Inside this Tapping Circle, we use EFT (aka tapping) to:
- calm the spirals
- move stuck emotions (without having to journal 47 pages about it)
- regulate your nervous system
- and create just enough space to respond instead of react
But also?
We can laugh. A lot. That’s a possibility too.
Because sometimes the most healing thing you can do is realize you’re not the only one thinking,
“Wow, this is… a lot.”
This space is for you if:
