Script for Money Fears

Karate Chop:

Even though I have so many fears and insecurities about my financial life, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and all of my feelings about this.

Even though I have fear and insecurity about where I’m at in my financial life, I want to see this differently, somehow.

Even though I feel like I’ll never get beyond these fears and insecurities because they’ve been with me as long as I can remember, I chose to find peace about this today.

Eyebrow: I have so many fears about my finances.

Side of the Eye: These fears and insecurities have been my constant companion for as long as I can remember.

Under the Eye: I feel plagued by fear and insecurity where my financial life is concerned.

Under the Nose: It feels overwhelming at times.

Chin Point: My fears keep me awake at night.

Collarbone: They haunt me and seem to be the background noise in my life.

Under the Arm: I’m tired of feeling this way, but I don’t know what to do about it.

Top of the Head: I’ve tried so many things and nothing seems to work for me.

Eyebrow: I feel like there’s something wrong with me.

Side of the Eye: I can’t seem to get beyond this.

Under the Eye: I see other people manifesting in their financial life but I just can’t seem to get there.

Under the Nose: What’s wrong with me?

Chin Point: Why can’t I get there?

Collarbone: It’s so hard for me.

Under the Arm: I feel so lost about it.

Top of the Head: Nothing seems to stick for me.

Karate Chop:

Even though, I feel so lost and afraid about my financial life, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and all of my feeling about this.

Even though, I don’t have a clue how to change this for myself, I chose to feel calm and peaceful anyway.

Even though I feel so afraid about the state of my financial life and my fears are my constant companion, I want to feel better about this somehow.

Eyebrow: I feel so afraid.

Side of the Eye: I don’t know what to do about my fears.

Under the Eye: They’ve been with me as long as I can remember.

Under the Nose: There’s definitely something wrong with me.

Chin Point: I’m just wired differently than most people about money.

Collarbone: I don’t think I’ll ever resolve this.

Under the Arm: Yes, I will.

Top of the Head: No, I won’t.

Eyebrow: What if there really is a way to resolve this and I just haven’t found it up until now.

Side of the Eye: What if in all of my searching for a solution, I just wasn’t really ready for it.

Under the Eye: What if I’m ready now.

Under the Nose: And what if now that I’m really ready, the solutions are coming to me.

Chin Point: This is a new way of seeing this.

Collarbone: No, it’s not.

Under the Arm: What if it is?

Top of the Head: I don’t know about this.

Eyebrow: That’s okay.

Side of Eye: The only way to really fail is to stop trying.

Under the Eye: So what, if I’ve tried a lot of other things and they haven’t worked.

Under the Nose: There are really successful people who have tried many times and ultimately succeeded.

Chin Point: Look at Thomas Edison.

Collarbone: 10,000 tries

Under the Arm: I certainly haven’t reached 10,000 tries yet.

Top of the Head: And I’m beginning to think I won’t need to try that many times.

Eyebrow: Yes, I will.

Side of the Eye: No, I won’t

Under the Eye: Yes I will.

Under the Nose: No, I really don’t think I will.

Chin Point: What if I’m actually making big changes right now.

Collarbone: What if this is the beginning of new way of seeing my financial life.

Under the Arm: What if it’s a step in the right direction for me and that’s all I need right now.

Top of the Head: Just a baby step towards positive change.

Karate Chop:

Even though, I have a lot of doubts about my ability to really change my financial fears and insecurities, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and all of my feelings about this, no matter what.

Even though, I doubt that tapping on my fears and insecurities will make any difference for me at this point in my life, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and the fact that I’m so doubtful.

Even though, I have a lot of evidence that I won’t be able to release my financial fears and insecurities, because I haven’t been able to yet, I chose to love and accept myself and all of the ways I’ve tried and failed so far.

Eyebrow: I have so much evidence that nothing will work for me.

Side of the Eye: It’s proof positive that I won’t change this.

Under the Eye: But what if I’ve just been buying into a belief that’s not even mine.

Under the Nose: What if, it’s just beliefs I need to change.

Chin Point: What if this is really the beginning of a shift for me in my financial life.

Collarbone: What if, this time, things will start to shift for me.

Under the Arm: I think I feeling more hopeful right now.

Top of the Head: Even if just a little bit.

Eyebrow: That’s all it takes is a little shift to begin.

Side of the Eye: What if day by day I start to notice little distinctions.

Under the Eye: What if day by day I start to feel a little better. 
Under the Nose: I like this idea.

Chin Point: Noticing little distinctions.

Collarbone: I think I can do this.

Under the Arm: I think I’ve been stuck in the thought that I have to shift this radically.

Top of the Head: What if it’s a little shift at a time.

Eyebrow: This feel so much better to me.

Side of the Eye: I like this idea so much better.

Under the Eye: What if I’ve been being too hard on myself.

Under the Nose: What if now, I can ease up on myself.

Chin Point: Wow, I think I’m feeling a little shift right now.

Collarbone: I think I can notice a little distinction right now.

Under the Arm: I am feeling better right now.

Top of the Head: This is definitely a step in the right direction for me and that’s all it takes.

Eyebrow: One step at a time.

Side of the Eye: This is exciting.

Under the Eye: One step at a time.

Under the Nose: I don’t have to have this all figured out.

Chin Point: I think it might be coming to me a little each day.

Collarbone: This is doable.

Under the Arm: This is possible.

Top of the Head: Little by little, step by step, I can notice little distinctions and I’m doing Eyebrow: that right now.

Side of the Eye: I really do feel better right now.

Under the Eye: I love that I feel better right now.

Under the Nose: I’m making progress right now.

Chin Point: Thank you for this little step.

Collarbone: Thank you for all the little steps to come.

Under the Arm: I’m so happy to realize I’m seeing this differently already.

Top of the Head: This is a great start for me and I’m grateful for it and I see that I am changing this already.
